Instant Miso soup with tofu and wakame 152g(8 servings) MARUKOME
Ingredients: soup base: miso rice 64% (water, SOY, rice, salt), water, alcoholic vinegar, sugar, BONITO powder (FISH), hydrolysed protein, yeast extract powder, salt, kelp extract.
Flakes: dried tofu 3.4% (SOY, HOST: E516, dried wakame, dried young onion.
NUTRITIONAL VALUES PER 100g :Energy 652kJ/156 kcal, fat 4,7g;of which saturates 0,8g, carbohydrate 16g;of which sugars 5,8g, protein 12g, salt 9,8g
PREPARATION: Shake the contents of one sachet into a cup and pour 160ml boiling water over the top. Mix well and serve.
Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the packaging.
