IMPORTANT: If, between order confirmation and dispatch of the products, any unforeseen delivery-related issues occur,
the Thai Asia Shop online store must inform the customer about the situation. Thai Asia Shop reserves the right to cancel the order in extreme cases. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid by card, Thai Asian Food Store d.o.o. will refund the paid amount to your bank account (TRR).
Once we receive your order, our sales team processes it within 1–5 business days. Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification to your email address (e-mail).
We ship products ordered from the Thai Asia Shop online store (www.thaiasia.si) throughout the Republic of Slovenia and to the Republic of Croatia.
Delivery costs are NOT included in the product price and are charged separately. Shipping within the Republic of Slovenia costs EUR 4.50, while shipping to the Republic of Croatia costs EUR 17.00.

Delivery time depends on stock availability and the selected carrier. Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, while express delivery ensures you receive the parcel the next business day if you place your order by 12:00. Items in stock are usually dispatched the same or the next business day.
A courier can deliver the parcel to your home, or you can pick it up at a parcel locker such as DPD or Pošta Slovenije’s PostaMat, or choose pickup in a physical store. You choose the option when placing your order, and a parcel locker is especially convenient because you can pick up your parcel anytime, even on weekends.
If you’re not home when the courier arrives, in most cases they will leave a notice in your mailbox with instructions for redelivery or pickup. They will try delivery again the next business day, and it may also be possible to redirect the parcel to the nearest branch or parcel locker. Some carriers, such as GLS, DPD, and DHL, send you an SMS or email in advance, where you can choose or change the delivery time yourself.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number that lets you track the parcel’s location in real time on the carrier’s website. Some stores have tracking built directly into your user account, making it even easier to check your order status. The most common carriers in Slovenia are Pošta Slovenije, GLS, DPD, and DHL.
